Hi, I’m Alex
For years, I thought I was just “lazy” because I couldn’t meal prep like a normal adult. I would buy $100 worth of groceries on Sunday, seeking that dopamine hit of “being healthy,” only to order takeout on Tuesday because the idea of chopping an onion felt physically painful.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD, I realized: My brain isn’t broken. My kitchen system is.
I created The Dopamine Menu Kitchen to be the resource I wished I had. Not a site for perfect chefs, but a survival guide for brains that crave novelty but struggle with execution.
